Acceptance

By using duckdeals.sa or engaging DuckDeals for services, you agree to these terms.

Services

DuckDeals provides website, web application, business email, invoicing, hosting consultation, business profile, and related digital services under Saudi Freelance Authorizations FL-252053291 and FL-663845091.

Scope and pricing

Each engagement is governed by a written scope and quotation. Out-of-scope work requires a separate agreement.

Deliverables and ownership

Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables and source code unless otherwise agreed in writing. Open-source components remain under their original licenses.

Payments

Payments are invoiced according to milestones in the engagement. Late payments may suspend ongoing work.

Third-party services

Where third-party services (hosting, email, domain registrars) are involved, those vendors’ own terms also apply. DuckDeals is not responsible for outages or pricing changes at third parties.

Limitation of liability

DuckDeals’ liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Confidentiality

We treat client materials and discussions as confidential.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion first, and if necessary through the competent Saudi authorities.
